A red rye bourbon ale brewed with red rye crystal malt, double roasted crystal malt, rye malt and aromatic malt. Natural whiskey flavour and Bourbon vanilla essence
Hopped with USA Apollo, Cascade and Amarillo. Deep autumn red ale. On the nose there are red fruits, think cherries and raspberries, with a rich spicy malt note and whiskey. The palate leads with sweet malt, spicy rye and rich vanilla and a lingering bitter finish.
